These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Roenter Janitorial Services (“RJS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our commercial cleaning or janitorial services, or by using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

RJS provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services for businesses, offices, and commercial facilities in Florida. The specific scope, frequency, and details of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or work order.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Office cleaning and janitorial maintenance
Restroom sanitation
Floor care (carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing)
Post-construction cleaning
Deep cleaning services

2. Service Agreements

All services are subject to a written agreement or approved proposal. This agreement will define:

Scope of work
Service schedule
Pricing and billing terms
Duration of service

In the event of any conflict, the signed service agreement will take precedence over these Terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper service delivery, the Client agrees to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises during scheduled service times
Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available as required
Secure or remove sensitive, valuable, or confidential items
Notify RJS of any hazards or special conditions on-site

RJS is not responsible for damage or loss of unsecured or improperly stored items.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing is based on the agreed scope of services and facility conditions
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing
Late payments may be subject to additional fees
RJS reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment

5. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement
Immediate termination may occur in cases of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or breach of agreement
Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination

6. Service Limitations

RJS provides services based on visible and accessible areas within the agreed scope. Unless specifically included in the agreement:

We do not move heavy furniture or equipment
We do not handle hazardous materials
We do not provide specialized remediation services (e.g., mold, biohazard cleanup)

Additional services may be quoted separately upon request.

7. Liability and Damages

RJS is committed to delivering services with reasonable care and professionalism.

Any claims for damages must be reported within 24–48 hours of service
RJS will investigate and, if applicable, resolve valid claims promptly
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or repair/replacement of damaged items, at our discretion

RJS is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Issues caused by improper maintenance or facility conditions

8. Insurance

RJS maintains appropriate business insurance coverage. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.

9. Health and Safety

RJS follows standard cleaning protocols and uses appropriate cleaning products for commercial environments. The Client agrees to:

Inform RJS of any known hazards
Comply with applicable health and safety regulations

RJS reserves the right to refuse or suspend service in unsafe conditions.

10. Confidentiality

RJS respects the confidentiality of all client information and business operations.

Any information observed or obtained during service will be treated as confidential
We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required to perform services or comply with legal obligations

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Disrupt or interfere with website functionality

All content on this website is the property of RJS and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

RJS reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients when applicable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
